Kevin Durant’s signature basketball line traditionally includes a dominant pink colorway that’s dedicated to his late Aunt Pearl and former basketball coach Kay Yow. That continues on with the KD16 Aunt Pearl, as it follows the same theme as previous KD sneakers.
The latest version of the “Aunt Pearl” makes use of two different shades of pink to give it a tonal look, while you get white accents on the Swoosh. The dual color scheme combines pale pink and hot pink to give this KD16 colorway a statement look. The logo on the left pair pays tribute to Aunt Pearl and Kay Yow, while the mudguards have intricate graphics on them.
While they are not yet listed on the official SNKRS site in the Philippines, Nike is expected to make the KD16 “Aunt Pearl” available on October 27 for Php 8,395.
