Everything that Pharrell Williams touches becomes gold. In cahoots with NIGO, they are definitely a tag team for street culture and sneakers. They have been at it from the beginning.
Stemming from Billionaire Boys Club to their adidas collaborations–and yes with BAPE from years ago, the duo is celebrating their partnership with the adidas “Friendship Pack.”
Giving their personal spins on the Tokio Solar Hu and the PW BOOST Slide, the two definitely goes all out for this offering. The Tokio Solar HU is decked out in Primeknit and Suede with a BOOST midsole atop of a Continental outsole.
The PW Boost is a more homey offering with a BOOST foam and clean colorways. The straps feature embroidered Japanese characters that translates to “You” and “Me” in english.
The Pharrell x NIGO x adidas Originals “Friendship” pack is slated for a global release — the first of the sandal set is a Japan exclusive which dropped last December 18 drop date via the adidas webstore.
The sneakers are priced at $180(~Php 8.7k) while the sandals are priced at $100(~Php 4.9k).
