adidas is not slowing down on its Star Wars collaborations as it adds another cool pair to the collection with the Luke Skywalker Stan Smith. The packaging alone tells you that this is one special sneaker, with its toy-like box that contains the sneaker itself and four pins: an X-Wing, R2-D2, Yoda, and a Lightsaber.
adidas kept the pair sleek for this collab: you get a white canvas upper with blue accents on the heel tab (that has the symbol of the Rebel Alliance), Star Wars lace dubrae, and on the tongue tab where you have a graphic of Luke wielding a lightsaber.
You also get specially-marked insoles, with the left pair sporting a classic Mark Hamill Luke Skywalker photo from The Empire Strikes Back. The outsole has an icy blue translucent color, with a “nooooooo!!!!” text written on it—big Star Wars fan should know that one-liner from Empire Strikes Back.
Currently, the pair was spotted at adidas’ US website, and is scheduled to drop on July 23 for $120(~Php 6k). No word yet if we are getting a local release for this pair.
