It is really nice to see how tech and streetwear go together these days. There are some cool ones like the ASUS ROG capsule collection with ACRONYM and the adidas co-branded Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, and a few ridiculously expensive (not to mention troll-worthy) ones like the Balenciaga collab with PlayStation 5.
The collab we are talking about this time does fall on the cool side, as Razer and Li Ning join forces for a two piece collection that comprises of the Opus X headset and Titan Halo sneakers.
Based on the photo posted on Razer’s official Facebook account, the Titan Halo sneakers sport signature Razer branding on the midfoot strap and are decked in dominantly black, while the Opus X headset is decked in green and has custom Chinese typography on the earcups.
The photo also reveals a special Razer x Li Ning box, which we presume that both the Titan Halo and Opus X cannot be purchased separately.
The Li Ning Titan Halo boasts of a cutting-edge design with wraparound laces and exaggerated hollow midsoles on the midfoot area while sporting textile uppers, leather overlays, and the brand’s PavTRAC Technology. The Opus X headset, on the other hand, is a wireless gaming headset with ANC, Bluetooth 5.0, and 60ms low latency connection.
According to the post, the collab will be available in Razer Tmall and select Li Ning stores in China this October. There’s no word if the collab will be made available globally, and the official price has yet to be revealed.
Based on our research, the Titan Halo retails for Hk$1,689(~Php 11.1k), while the Opus X retails for $99.99(~Php 5.1k). That being said, we think the collab set will be priced at around Php 17k before taxes and duties–assuming you find someone in China to buy it for you.
