One of these sneakers is the Adidas Forum Low from 1984. However, thanks to Puerto Rican rapper and soon-to-be WWE wrestler Bad Bunny, the sneaker has gotten the praise it deserves. After releasing the Bad Bunny x adidas Forum Buckle Low The First Café last month, the partnership is back with a Pink Bad Bunny x adidas Forum Buckle Low Easter Egg.
Similar to the previous colorway, the new Bad Bunny x adidas Forum Buckle Low Easter Egg utilizes a combination of suede and synthetic overlays throughout the upper of the sneaker. Light shades of pink can be seen on the base construction, whereas the iconic Three Stripes, lace guards, bottom heel overlays, flaps, and bottom heel overlay utilize a bolder shade.
Leaving his mark, both sneakers are branded with the musician’s “El Ojo” graphic found on the tongue. And of course, what sets this sneaker apart is the buckled strap and fastening system at the shoe’s heel–which is definitely a unique touch to this 80s sneaker.
Judging from the previous colorway’s instantaneous sell out, we expect this pink colorway to be no different. With the hype and mystery surrounding the sneaker, it would be shocking for it not to sell out within a couple of hours or days.
Bad Bunny adidas Forum Buckle Low Price, Release Date
With a retail price of $160 (~Php 7.8k), the Bad Bunny adidas Forum Buckle Low “Easter Egg” is scheduled to release in the United States and Europe on April 4, which happens to be Easter Sunday, through the Adidas CONFIRMED app. Afterwards, the sneaker is slated to release in Latin America and Asia-Pacific on April 6 via adidas.com and select retailers.
