An Air Max cult favorite is set to retro again
While 2020 may be the anniversary year for the Air Max 90, that’s not stopping Nike from pulling off other surprises. The Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 is one of them, gaining a collab from Stussy.
Joining team Swoosh’s list of surprises is the “Neon” Air Max 95, which we last saw in 2015. Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, it makes sense for Nike to retro this popular Air Max model.
Designed by Sergio Lozano, the Air Max 95 introduced forefoot Air Max cushioning and an upper inspired by the human anatomy. The Air Max 95’s OG colorway consists of a gradient gray upper and volt accents that pay homage to Nike’s brightly-colored race kits.
Nike has yet revealed the release date for the “Neon” Air Max 95, but expect them to be priced at $180(~Php 9.2k).
