After it was officially unveiled last week as one of the key collabs of Project 7 to 1 for 2021, their team-up with SNK ATK for the Project Shadow WFH collection was met with a positive response from the community. In fact, the Noragi Jacket–which is the highlight piece in the Project 7 to 1 and SNK ATK collab–sold out at Project 7 to 1’s Lazada store just minutes after it went on sale at midnight today.
The solid reception of this collaboration is proof that even if the Project 7 to 1 and SNK ATK collab is on the premium side of things, a good concept is just enough to merit a sold out accolade. We’re not surprised why people copped pieces from this collection: taking inspiration from what people wear during WFH meetings and calls, the collab spruced up things by incorporating SNK ATK’s forte in technical clothing and Japanese-inspired designs with Project 7 to 1 founder Carlo Ople’s ideas when it comes to functional streetwear.
To recap, the collection consists of four pieces: namely the Shadow Noragi Jacket v721, Shadow Hooded Sweatshirt, Shadow Utility Shorts, and Shadow Compass Tee.
Of course, the highlight of the collab is the Noragi Jacket, which has a very unique aesthetic as it reimagines the trademark Japanese workwear for the modern man who is busy with WFH duties.
With materials that include lightweight water-resistant ripstop nylon and brushed fleece, the Project 7 to 1 x SNK ATK Noragi Jacket screams premium and is definitely worth its Php 3,999 asking price. That being said, we’re not surprised why this was the first piece that got sold out!
As of this writing, you can still get the Compass Tee and Hooded Sweatshirt in a decent size run, so take advantage of copping this premium streetwear collab since there’s no word if a restock will be happening anytime soon.
