An unexpected choice from the brand
When you talk about Under Armour, the brand would normally go for conventional color blockings for its sneakers. That’s not the case with their Pride 2020 collection, headlined by the HOVR Phantom Slip.
In a rare move by Under Armour, the Pride 2020 HOVR Phantom Slip is given a tie-dye treatment for its knit upper, representing all seven colors in the iconic Pride flag by Gilbert Baker.
To complement the colorful upper, you get an equally colorful outsole that represents all seven colors of the Pride flag.
Accompanying the colorful HOVR Phantom Slip-on are various apparel pieces for both men and women, ranging from graphic tees, bags, headbands, to socks—all sporting a rainbow tie-dye print.
The Pride 2020 collection is available at Under Armour’s webstore in the US, with the HOVR Phantom Slip-on retailing for $140(~Php 7.1k).
