adidas is going big in the Philippines, as it is set to officially open its biggest store in the Philippines with Brand Center Manila. Aimed towards elevating the Philippines to the global stage, the adidas Brand Center has quite a lot to offer for everyone.
We break down for you why this store is a definite milestone for adidas in the Philippines.
It is the BIGGEST adidas store in the Philippines.
Covering a massive 1500sqm in Glorietta 3–with 1200sqm dedicated for selling products–Brand Center Manila is the biggest adidas store in the Philippines. In fact, it is one of the biggest adidas stores in Asia, making it comparable to the sprawling adidas stores in Shibuya, Tokyo and Ximending, Taipei.
It has cool installations.
Making it truly Filipino are the variety of installations found within Brand Center Manila. comprising of 12 Moment areas, key installation highlights include artworks made in partnership with Argao weavers in Visayas and T’boli women in Mindanao, a unique ramp with handing clay disk fixtures featuring the Trefoil logo, and works made by visual artist Kris Abrigo and art group Aral Cu.
The Trefoil logo even has a unique spin featuring Quiccs‘ TEQ63 figure, which is prominently displayed in the Originals section.
The chill ambiance.
Every section inside Brand Center Manila has areas where customers can lounge around while waiting for the items they requested or while they are trying out some of the latest gear found within the store. On top of that, each section has a good share of pop culture references to the Three Stripes. Chief among these is the section with a reference to the Beastie Boys, an area with a coffee table book on Stan Smith, and a Hype Wall for highlighting key releases at the store.
It offers a WIDE selection of adidas gear.
As the biggest store in the Philippines, Brand Store Manila offers the widest selection of adidas gear. Tennis and Golf gear? Check. Football jerseys? Check. Special collections like Spezial, Stella McCartney, Karlie Kloss, or even Pharrell Williams’s Human Made collection? Absolutely yes.
In fact, we were told that a number of very special releases–which we cannot mention as of this writing–will be made exclusive to Brand Center Manila. So if you are waiting for the next Yeezy sneaker, expect that to be available at this store.
